Shipping policy

At TinkerBox, we want your order to reach you safely and smoothly. We work with trusted third-party delivery partners to ship orders across India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  1. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed and delivered within 3-8 business days.

  2. Orders are not processed on Sundays, public holidays, or during circumstances that may temporarily affect courier operations.

  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation through WhatsApp on the contact number provided while placing the order.

  4. Pre-order products are not available for immediate dispatch. They will be shipped once the product is back in stock and ready for delivery.

Shipping Charges

  1. Free shipping is available on orders.

  2. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders upto ₹4,999.

Orders with Pre-order Items

If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order products, we recommend placing them as separate orders.

If ordered together, the complete order will be shipped once all the items, including the pre-order products, are available.
